Richmond native and former Avail frontman Tim Barry has been pretty busy lately. He’s got two Richmond shows coming up in the next few days before heading out on tour supporting his latest release 28th & Stonewall.
On Saturday, Aug. 21, Barry will be performing an unplugged show in the parking lot of the Fine Foods Market in Oregon Hill as part of Hipster Drunk Fest Best Friends Day. Show starts at 10 in the morning. Hopefully you won’t be too hungover to make it.
If you are, however, he’ll also be playing at the Listening Room next Tuesday with Andy Cobb (of the Itchy Hearts) and Paw Paw (J.P. and Alan Parker). It’ll also be a low-key acoustic set, but Barry promises to do a rowdy bar show in Richmond soon.
