Philly punk rock legends The Dead Milkmen are coming to Richmond for a very special show at Kingdom on Saturday, Nov. 10. Since 1985’s “Big Lizard In My Backyard,” the Dead Milkmen have been inspiring generations of punk bands with their fun, catchy, tunes like “Punk Rock Girl,” “Bitchin’ Camaro,” S”mokin Banana Peels” and more. The band will be appearing with The Bastards of Fate, The Mothball Fleet, Hold Tight! and Cheyenne. Apparently, there’s also a big party at McCormack’s Irish Pub with Folk the System, Fire Bison and T-Division.
This show is attracting people from up and down the East Coast and tickets are going quick but there’s still plenty available. Buy them online here, at B-SIDES in Carytown or Steady Sounds. Get them quick because it’s looking like this show is close to selling out.
