Casting Call for Dead Fame Music Video Shoot

Dead Fame is looking for Masquerade-goers and/or crew for its music video shoot this weekend at Balliceaux.

From the band:

Be a part of Dead Fame history and join us for the filming of our first official music video for our song “My Body, My Fool!” We will be shooting on Friday July 26 and Saturday July 27 at the super-chic Balliceaux, and we would love to be joined by some of our friends, old and new. The video will be a sexy, dark masquerade with a few twists. So, dress up and join us for the ball—think a modern, minimalistic take on Labyrinth (which starred the man himself, Mr. Bowie). Some masks will be provided, but if you have a killer mask already, bring it.

If you’re more of a behind-the-scenes type, show up anyway—you can never have too many creative people on hand to help: if you do hair or make-up, like to cater (food and refreshments will be provided, but more is always welcome!), or if you have costumes or other wares you would like to show off or share such as orchestral instruments (perhaps you are a violin, cello, or French horn player), theme-appropriate decorations and/or props, or even cars or motorcycles you think are begging to be caught on film for posterity, bring it! ALL THOSE WHO HELP, either as masquerade-goers or on set, behind the scenes, WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR IMDB CREDIT.

Join Dead Fame as we create a dark, mysterious—and possibly quite wild and eccentric—masquerade. The video will be debuted this coming fall in conjunction with our first label release on RVA’s own Dialog Records.

WHEN: Friday July 26, 9-5pm
Saturday July 27, 9am-5pm

WHERE: Balliceaux
203 N. Lombardy St. Richmond, VA.

WARDROBE, Hair, Make-up: Dressed for a masquerade a la Labyrinth, but modern and slightly more minimalistic; come be your sexy, well-dressed self, but with a mask on. Check this video out for
