Seattle’s Special Explosion won early praise from outlets such as Pitchfork, SPIN and Stereogum for its 90s influenced indie rock. The group’s debut EP “The Art of Mothering” is drawing the band comparisons to Death Cab For Cutie, Built To Spill and The Thermals.
Special Explosion will be playing at Gallery 5 on Tuesday, March 4 with Prawn.
