Looks Like the Plan to Bring the Foo Fighters Back to RVA Worked

original

So the idea to sell tickets to a Foo Fighters show that doesn’t exist yet may have paid off.

Over the past few months, a group of Richmonders sold Foo Fighters concert tickets through a Crowdhoster website in the hopes that the band sees the grassroots effort and schedules a show in Richmond.

And it looks like it worked. The Foo Fighters sent this tweet Friday night.

No word yet on where they may be playing. Possibly the National or the Richmond Coliseum. The last time the Foo Fighters played Richmond was at the Classic Amphitheater on May 17, 1998.
