I like when they play “Nice Fox” because there’s a singalong. Also Kelly has been tweeting about wearing sparkly things on this tour and I need to see that.
“Boxcar” cause I’m not crazy, I’m just a little boy. Also my reason for needing tickets.
I think I should win tickets because I want to bring friends that like them but can’t afford to go – the tickets wouldn’t be for me and kindness is super cool.
My favorite Rosebuds song is Come Visit Me because it’s sad and desperate and I can totally relate to feeling that way when you love someone. Like the record, this song is honest and that makes it beautiful.
For breakfast, I had a juicy Fuji apple and some whole grain toast I topped with blackberry jam that my friend Evy made for me. It was delicious.
I love your blog because you have good recommendations and because it is so wonderfully obvious how much you care about music in our tiny little city and that makes me really, really happy and warm inside.

I would like to win because I have been hyping this band for months now to my friends and I think I’m starting to change people’s mind and get them to listen to them. Also seeing them with Bon Iver over the summer was one of the greatest music experiences I have ever had.
Favorite song(s) by The Rosebuds is a tough one because there are so many good songs. I would have to say my 2 favorite at the moment is a toss up between Cover Ears and Cemetary Lawns. Cover Ears shows the softer side of The Rosebuds while Cemetary Lawns is more upbeat.
I had oatmeal for breakfast this morning so yea haha. Also it’s cool to see someone who is passionate about music that is going on in the Richmond area. A underrated music city in my opinion.
And whether I win or not im stoked to see The Rosebuds, Gold Rush, and White Laces tomorrow night. Driving almost 2 hours after work to see these bands and have a fun night!
First time i saw the rosebuds was at a tiny hole in the wall in greensboro nc in 2005 celebrating the release of birds make good neighbors, second was in their home town of raliegh NC, third was in baltimore md, now its my turn and i want to see them in my home town! Favorite song will always be leaves do fall. Had toffee crunch cereal and coffee for breakfast. I should get the tix cuz i work two jobs to support my dream of my own company which in its fledgling state consumes all my time and obscured my knowledge of this awesome show till now! Plus it eats all my moneys. And I really really really really really really wanna see them! Pretty Please 🙂
I’d like to have them. Seeing a show would be awesome. I used to go to a lot of concerts. That was my stress reliever. I can’t go to as many now because my nursing school schedule keeps me from working as much as I used to, which means less play money. A free show with some bands I like would be sweet and would help my stress level 🙂
